What I Ate Wednesday #42

Hello, hello and happy hump-day! 

Today's WIAW is featuring some eats from the past week... as per usual! Though, this month doesn't have a theme, so I'm just gonna highlight some of my favorites!


 3/27/13 - Breakfast & Dinner: both protein pancakes. Yep. No regretz.
3/27/13 - Dessert/Snack: literally too much to describe about this DELICIOUS dessert, holy guacamole!
This was the fluffiest chocolate protein mug cake... ever.
3/28/13 - Breakfast & Lunch
3/28/13 - Dessert/Snack
 3/29/13 - Breakfast: fluffy apple pie protein/egg white oatmeal topped with warmed cinnamon apple dices + a pool of melted cinnamon raisin PB&Co. & Planters plus some PB2 + slivered almonds + butterscotch Greek yogurt!
 3/29/13 - Dessert/Snack: another SUPER fluffy (obviously my favorite word!) chocolate peanut butter coconut protein mug cake topped with clean PB2 & chocolate fudge + melted PB&Co. White Chocolate Wonderful + spring sprinkles!! + shredded coconut + banana slices + a mini pastel yellow marshmallow bunny on top of a diced apple mixed with my favorite cereal, and some strawberry & chocolate Arctic Zero protein ice cream on da side!
 3/30/13 - Breakfast: recipe for these are coming asap!
 100% clean fluffaayy whole wheat coconut protein pancakes layered with chocolate protein cream + clean chocolate fudge + banana slices, then topped with PB2 fudge & melted PB&Co. White Chocolate Wonderful!
These pancakes are only a few simple ingredients, and range under 200 calories… Which means ALL THE TOPPINGS! 
 3/30/13 - Dessert/Snack
 3/31/13 - Breakfast: oh boy... this was just the START of my chocolate-filled Easter.
My post-workout Easter breakfast was basically chocolate with a side of chocolate... Chocolate protein/egg white oatmeal topped with PB2 + chocolate protein-infused Chobani + chocolate Cheerios + melted banana + PB&Co. WCW & DCD + the main event… A WHITE CHOCOLATE REESE'S EGG! Ohhhh yes.
 3/31/13 - Easter Dinner & Dessert
(Not too much because there were only four of us.)

4/01/13 - Breakfast & Dinner
 4/02/13 - Breakfast
 4/02/13 - Lunch: steamed broccoli, carrots & cauliflower mixed with sweet potato and onion, then topped with baked chicken & turkey and some cottage cheese/plain Greek yogurt (Chobani) + mustard.
4/02/13 - Dinner: mini “#pizza” using my microwave protein oat flour “pizza dough” (recipe here! I just added fresh basil & spinach plus some chopped sweet potato, and didn’t add in flaxseed because I have none) with a side salad! Lots of healthy fats from hardboiled eggs, lots of protein, and lots of healthy carbs! SO GOOD!
4/02/13 - Dessert/Snack: I would like this 10 more times, please and thank you.
Nighttime powerbowl: base of diced apple mixed with chocolate protein-infused plain Greek yogurt, then topped with chocolate Cheerios + blueberry Toast Crunch + shredded coconut + homemade FLUFFAAYY chocolate protein mug cake, diced + banana slices + frozen blueberries + the last bit of all my Arctic Zero protein ice cream... then ALL topped with PB2 & melted creamy natural peanut butter and PB&Co. WCW!
